Football fans who tuned in to watch Sunday’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers game at home to the Philadelphia Eagles got an unexpected treat as they also witnessed the unveiling of a new dancing sensation who is quickly taking the nation by storm.
Prior to the game, the Buccaneers cheerleaders were joined by 10-year-old Christian Bottger from Largo, Florida who proceeded to wow the crowd with his dancing skills and showed the cheerleading squad exactly how it should be done.
Fortunately the TV cameras were on hand to capture footage of a young star being born.

The routine starts with young Christian on the sidelines trading fist-bumps with the team’s mascot, Capt. Fear.
When the music starts, Christian struts on to the field to join the cheerleaders to the strains of undoubtedly the most overplayed track of the past three months, PSY’s Gangnam Style.
Christian shows he clearly has the moves to this particular track, but then when the boy joins the other dancers he throws his arms up in a mock theatrical gesture for then to stop what they’re doing.
Next Christian really hits his stride, as the music changes to Teach Me How To Dougie by Cali Swag District, the big dance craze song from two years ago.
As the footage shows, Christian is a natural showman, not only has he the moves but he also has the swagger to pull of the complex routine in front of a stadium of football fans.
His face is a picture of concentration as he carries out the moves, then once it is finished he even has the confidence to milk the crowds’ applause before picking up his jacket and leaving the field.

His amazing performance alongside the cheerleaders and team mascot Captain Fear, has earned Christian the nickname Little Fear.
For the Buccaneers, the day ended in disappointment with a 23-21 defeat, but for young Christian it has proved only the beginning of his great adventure.
Footage of his dancing has gone viral and the young boy and the cheerleaders were invited to New York City to perform the routine again on Tuesday morning’s Today show.
The trip was the young boy’s first plane ride and as pictures taken backstage show, he also get to meet singer Bruno Mars.
Future TV performances are anticipated, as his dancing has drawn interest from programs across the entertainment spectrum, from Ellen to Good Morning America.
Christian is a student at Fuguitt Elementary School in Largo, while his father Ed Bottger is the Buccaneer’s video production manager.
