Legendary Cuban singer Olga Guillot died this morning at Mount Sinai hospital as a consequence of a heart attack. She was 87 years old.

Among Celia Cruz and La Lupe, Guillot stood as one of the Cuban singing Divas, spreading her talent all around the World and delivering great hits such as “Miénteme”.  Since the Cuban revolution she lived in exile in Mexico and Miami.

Olga Guillot dies, but she will always be remembered as “La Reina Del Bolero” (Queen of the Bolero).  Sources close to the Guillot family confirmed the sad news.

Funeral arrangements have not been announced yet, from here we send our condolences to her family.
