The Miss Universe pageant is the single most prestigious pageant in the world and the 2011 event is just a few days away. We’ve been researching this year’s contestants and have our prediction on early favorites, who’s most likely to make the top 10 finalists and our top 3 picks for who will take home the coveted crown and win Miss Universe 2011.
So without further ado, here are our picks:
Miss Universe 2011 Favorites:
We’ve browsed all of the contestants for this year’s pageant and agree that the 10 favorites to win are (in no particular order) Miss Russia, Miss Turkey, Miss USA, Miss Venezuela, Miss Sweden, Miss Israel, Miss Puerto Rico, Miss France, Miss Brazil and Miss Bahamas.
Predictions for Final Three:
It’s almost impossible to predict who the finalists will be with so many impressive contestants choose from but if we had to pick our top 3 picks for who will win, they would be Miss Brazil (Priscila Machado), Miss Israel (Kim Edri) and Miss USA (Alyssa Campanella) (photos below).

Leila Lopes from Angola was crowned Miss Universe 2011 Monday night during a pageant held in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The runner-up was Olesya Stefanko of the Ukraine.
Women from 89 countries and territories competed for the title and were judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview.
For the first time ever, fans were able to vote on their favorite contestant to help put them into the semifinals of the competition
