Jimmy Jean-Louis, the Haitian-born actor who plays “The Haitian” on NBC’s Heroes, spoke with Studio B host Shepard Smith on Fox News Channel’s Studio B show today on about Haiti. Jean-Louis explained that it is “impossible” to reach his family and friends.
“Well, I’ve not heard much because I’ve been trying to call them ever since I heard the news and of course it’s impossible to get through to anybody around my family. I’ve been trying to get in touch with my mom, my dad, cousins, my friends…”
We have no roads, just a few, and apparently those roads are blocked. Meaning, it’s going to be almost impossible to get through to the people that actually need the help.”
He added, “We won’t do it by ourselves; we definitely need the help of everybody, of the Americans and the rest of the world.”
