It appears that a double date is on the cards
for co-stars Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake.
After the 27-year-old actress accepted a date
from a marine soldier this week, a clever female officer thought she would try
her luck by asking the 30-year-old SexyBack singer out.
Just like Mila, Justin was invited to the
November Marine Corps Ball in Washington D.C. by Kelsey De Santis, a
Virginia-based Marine via YouTube.
In the video, the pretty blonde officer says:
‘So Justin, do you want to call out my girl Mila? So I am going to call you out,
and invite you to the Marine Corps ball with me on Nov 12th in Washington D.C.’
And it seems likely that his answer will be
yes, after it was Justin who was the one to encourage Mila to accept her
invitation in the first place.
Justin was blown away when he and Mila were
shown a video of a cheeky sergeant by the name of Scott Moore proposing the date
on Fox411, during a promotional interview for Friends With Benefits.
Justin said: ‘Have you seen this? Have you
heard about this? You need to do it for your country.
‘I’m going to work on this man. This needs to
go down.’
Ukraine-born Mila nodded and said: ‘I’ll go.
I’ll do it for you.’
In his own video invitation, Justin was also
given a warning about what will happen if he declines.
De Santis joked in the clip, ‘If you can’t go,
all I can say is, cry me a river.’
She is also seen standing with five burly
soldiers behind her.
The invitation may come as a surprise to the
singer, who didn’t think he was wanted at the bash.
After she accepted her own invitation, Mila
asked the Social Network star if he was going to attend as well.
To which Justin said: ‘They don’t want me,
they want you.’
If he does attend, it will not the first time
SexyBack star has showed his appreciation for the US military.

On Memorial Day, the Memphis-born star
tweeted: ‘Everyone please thank veterans, active personnel and their families
this weekend for sacrifices they have made for us. I’m very
thankful.’
Today Mila’s date Scott admitted that the
viral YouTube invite to the Hollywood starlet began as a bet amongst the members
of his platoon.
The enterprising Marine explained, in a new
interview, what led up to Mila accepting his request to accompany him to the
November event and how he feels about meeting the actress.
‘It was kind of a bet between me and Marines
in my platoon,’ Moore explained in an official interview released by the Marine
Corps on Tuesday.
‘I told everyone I was going to do it, but
they didn’t think I would go through with it. One day we had a couple minutes,
and I took another marine out with me and we shot two takes.’
‘I always thought I had a chance, and
sometimes that’s all you need. The marines I work with did their best to spread
[the YouTube clip] around.’
He admits to being stunned at her
response.
‘My initial reaction was disbelief. It’s going
to be a great experience to meet her, and it’s going to make the ball more
special for everyone.’
The cocky bald-headed marine brandished his
rifle and sported full combat gear in the video filmed by one of his
buddies.
The soldier, who is serving with the 3rd
Battalion 2nd Marines in Afghanistan, said: ‘Hi Mila, it’s Sergeant Moore, but
you can call me Scottie.

invite you to the Marine Corps ball on November 18 in Greenfield, North Carolina

In Friends With Benefits Justin and Mila star
as a pair of friends who think it will be easy to start having no-strings
attached sex together in the movie, but their unusual relationship soon leads to
complications.
The movie is released later this
month.
