The night ended with one of the all-time “Idol” audition tearjerker stories, courtesy of Chicago’s Chris Medina, 26, who told the tragic tale of his fiancée’s life-changing car accident. After getting engaged following eight years together, she suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2009 and Medina explained how he stood by her side and is now her caretaker.

His finger-snapping amble through “Break Even” by the Script had touches of heart and soul, and after he wheeled girlfriend Julie in to meet the judges, they broke the good news that he was going to advance. “Nice kid, he sang great,” Randy said.

American Idol wannabe Chris Medina, who apparently impressed the judge with his voice, had one very touching story to share and he brought his disabled fiancée Juliana Ramos to watch him audition for the FOX’s talent show.

Chris and Juliana’s story touched new judge Steven Tyler so much, the Aerosmith frontman could not contain his emotions and he cried. The 27 year-old contestant revealed he had proposed to Juliana before she was involved in a horrible car accident, which left her nearly paralyzed and with significant brain damage.

The couple is currently trying to adjust to this new condition and they have put their wedding on hold because they cannot afford it. Juliana’s medical expenses are way too high, so if you want to help Chris and Juliana visit their website HERE.

That is a beautiful love story. After Chris sang for the judges, Steven got up to hug and kiss Juliana. That is one precious Idol moment you will not want to miss.

American Idol season 10 auditions start at 8 pm on FOX Wednesday night (January 19).

The synastry is pretty easy to see:  the 42 path of destiny gets fulfilled by the two of them loving one another, and the 58 path of destiny gets fulfilled by her going to the hospital, undergoing treatment, and working toward recovering.
